Pack and send returns correctly:

Confirmation

You will receive a return confirmation from our shop with all important information.

Packing items

Please carefully pack the item(s) to be returned and place them in the return package and send the items to Soracycling, Goethestr.99; 64319 Pfungstadt

Step 6

Bring the parcel to the parcel shop

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your amount to the payment account you paid.

Return Policy:

If you have received a damaged item, SORA will cover the cost of returning it.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items not purchased through our official website. In this case, please contact the store or retailer where you purchased the item.
