Select the products you wish to return and tell us your reason for return

Pack items

Please carefully pack the item(s) to be returned, place them in the return package and send the items to Soracycling, Goethestr.99, 64319 Pfungstadt.

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your amount to the payment account you paid.

Return Policy:

If you receive a damaged item, SORA will cover the return shipping costs.
