To return your order, you must follow the steps below so that your return can be processed promptly.

Pack and send returns correctly:

Go to "Your Orders" and select the order you wish to return.

Select the products you wish to return and tell us your reason for return.

You will receive a return confirmation from our shop with all important information.

Packing items

Please carefully pack the item(s) to be returned and place them in the return package and send the items to Soracycling, Goethestr.99; 64319 Pfungstadt

Step 6

Bring the parcel to the parcel shop

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your amount to the payment account you paid.

Return Policy:

If you have received a damaged item, SORA will cover the cost of returning it.
